The Oxygen Shoppe Return, Exchange & Repair Policy
At the Oxygen Shoppe, we are committed to making sure you have the product that works best for you and your lifestyle.
Return Policy (Within 60 Days of Purchase)
Any product purchased from the Oxygen Shoppe may be returned within sixty (60) days of receiving the product as long as 1) it is returned in the original packaging including all product manuals and instructions and all accessories 2) it remains in perfect working order and is free from any physical damage, 3) you have contacted us ahead of time for a Return Authorization Number and is 4) the product not in violation of our No Smoking Policy (below). All returns are subject to a $50.00 restocking fee which will include the cost of shipping it back to us. To initiate the Return Authorization Process, please contact us via phone or email within sixty (60) days of receiving the product you would like to return to us. We will issue you a Return Authorization Number and email you a pickup label for you to return the product back to us. Upon receipt of your returned item, we will inspect the item and as long as the product’s condition is not in violation of this return policy, we will refund your purchase price minus the restocking fee. Please note, we reserve the right to revoke this 60 Day Return Policy in the event find reason to believe that the customer is deliberately abusing this policy.
Exchange Policy (Within 30 Days of Purchase)
If you are not thrilled with your purchase, you may contact us within thirty (30) days of purchase to exchange your product for another machine. Please contact us to obtain a Return Authorization Number and shipping label to process a Product Exchange. All exchanges will be authorized once your original machine has been inspected to ensure it meets the following criteria: 1) it is returned in the original packaging including all product manuals and instructions and all accessories 2) it remains in perfect working order and is free from any physical damage, 3) you have contacted us ahead of time for a Return Authorization Number and is 4) the product not in violation of our No Smoking Policy (below). If you want us to purchase the new product before we receive your exchanged product, we require payment in advance for the new product and will process the refund for the exchanged product once we have inspected the returned product and determined that it does not violate this policy.
Returns of Malfunctioning Products
All of our products are sold with the original Manufacturer’s Warranty. If your product malfunctions in any way, we will be happy to help you determine what coverage applies under your warranty and will assist you with processing a warranty claim for your product. You are always welcome to contact the manufacturer directly for warranty information. If your product is out of warranty but in need of repair, please contact us and we will assist you in getting your product repaired in a timely and cost effective manner.
Repurchasing of Products
We occasionally repurchase oxygen concentrators and other products from customers who no longer need them or who have upgraded to a different product. Please contact us to determine if we can repurchase your unneeded oxygen equipment.
Oxygen products are incompatible with smoking. Any evidence that a product was maintained in a smoking environment will void our return policy as well void the manufacturer’s warranty that comes with your product.
